Digital technologies are creating economic, informational, health, civic and social opportunities, but these benefits may never reach many of today's children and youth, especially those living in low-income neighborhoods.

A bold, concerted effort by community groups, policy-makers, advocates and members of the public and private sectors is needed to ensure advanced technology is accessible and affordable for all people, regardless of their location and income level.
